How service works

1. Send a request with the form or call Installations at 352-257-6065.
2. We'll tell you whether it's a manufacturer warranty item or an installation item.
3. We schedule the repair and follow up until it's done.

Seasonal care tips

• Check skirting vents and keep them clear.
• Replace A/C filters regularly.
• Look at tie-down straps before hurricane season; call us if any look loose or rusted.
• Keep gutters and the area under the home dry.
