TLH Homes is a licensed Florida manufactured home dealer (license DH/1554262/1) based at 4130 Rowan Rd, Suite 6 in New Port Richey. We sell new homes from Champion Homes and Homes of Merit — single wides, double wides, modular homes and park models.

Why we show home-only prices

Buying a manufactured home shouldn't feel like buying a car with hidden add-ons. We show a clear home-only price up front, plus a flat full-install price ($33,000 for a double wide, $26,300 for a single wide), so there are no surprises. You'll know what your home costs to move into before you sign anything. Land, well and septic depend on your property, so we quote those for you, in writing.

Our preferred installer
