Full install: from land clearing to keys in your hand

The prices on our website are for the home only. When you want it done for you, we have a preferred installer and can handle the entire job start to finish, from land clearing to keys in your hand. One team, one number to call.

What's involved in a full install

1. Land and site check. We look at access, flood zone, and well and septic needs for your property.
2. Land clearing and pad. We coordinate clearing and build a prepared, compacted dirt pad for your home.
3. Permits. We pull the county permits and schedule the inspections.
4. Delivery and setup. Your home is transported, set, leveled and anchored to Florida wind-zone code by our preferred state-licensed installer.
5. Trim-out. Marriage line, interior and exterior trim are finished.
6. Utilities. Electric is connected, and water and sewer are hooked up to well and septic or city service.
7. Central A/C. Central air conditioning is installed.
8. Steps and skirting. Entry steps are built and skirting goes around the base of your home.
9. Final inspection and keys. We schedule the final inspection, walk through the home with you and hand you the keys.
