Placing a home in a community
If you have a lot in a 55+ or land-lease community, bring us its rules on home size, style and setup. We'll suggest homes that meet them. Every community has its own approval process, so check with its office before you commit.

What is a park model home?
A park model is a small home (usually under 500 square feet of living space) built for parks, resorts and smaller lots. Our park models start at $43,188.
Can you put a home in my community?
Our preferred installer sets homes on private land and in communities that allow new homes. Bring us the community's rules and we'll confirm which homes fit and what setup is needed.
Is financing available for retirees?
Yes. VA, FHA and conventional land-home loans are available through our lender. Approval depends on credit and income, not age.
Prices are home-only prices from our current price list as of October 13, 2026. Land, well, septic, impact fees and site work beyond a standard pad are quoted separately for your property. Prices and availability subject to change.
